Cole serves as an At-Large Student Body Representative. He shares her perspective of what it's truly like to be involved in SGA here at the University of South Dakota. Episode 2 : Greek Life member
In this week's episode, I chat with Gabby Steffen who is one of USD Greek Life members. . Gabby is a third year Dental Hygiene student from Nebraska who has been involved in Greek Life her entire college career. She shares her perspective of what it's truly like to be in a sorority here at the University of South Dakota. Tune in and listen to hear about Gabby's involvement in Pi Beta Phi, and some of the stereotypes held against sororities. Life Long Friends, Annual Long Weekend Meet Up :

A group of friends from Colton, SD have been best friends since they met in elementary school at Tri-Valley. Now, this friend group has grown up and grown apart by distance, but not in their hearts. The group of women takes an annual "girls trip", to the same cabin, at the same time of year every year. Here they can relive their shared experiences in a weekend getaway in the Black Hills. Here, they rent a cabin near Lead, SD called the "Coyote Den," which is nestled in the heart of Terry Peak.

We've Got Spirit, Yes We Do! :

The University of South Dakota held its annual Dakota Days Pep Rally on Thursday, September 30th, 2021. This event was primarily scheduled to be outdoors Downtown Vermillion but was moved inside due to weather. The Rally began in the evening at 7 in Old Lumber Company Grill and Bar's second floor. The night consisted of performances by The Sound of USD, USD's Cheer team, and speeches from all different sides of athletics in celebration of the university's Homecoming. Dakota Days is a week-long celebration for USD and are arguably one of the most anticipated weeks on campus. There was plenty of school spirit to go around!

Nikola shares his story of what a day in the life of a college athlete is truly like between practices, workouts, and classes.
